Hi there. I'm new to bimmer.org so forgive me for asking a question that's probably been asked a lot before.

Here's the situation. I've recently wrecked my 98 Audi A4 2.8 quattro. Assuming that's its totalled (I'll find out tomorrow) I've started to look around for replacements. I've always admired the M Coupe's styling and found a program car for sale at a local dealership.

The car has around 2500 miles on it. It's a 2000 red M Coupe at John Roberts in Dallas. I'm unsure of options at this point as I haven't seen the car yet. The salesperson I spoke with said it's being sold on consignment for BMW. I don't really know what that means. Anyway what can I realistically hope to pay for this car? Any and all input would be greatly appreciated.
