My girlfriend has had problems with them. So much so she said she will never buy another BMW. They lost a 20-something customer that will be buying probably at least 10 more cars in her lifetime (not counting the influence she will have on my car decisions- she is pressing on my to lean toward a 996 instead of an E46 M3) over $2k.
BMW customer service was no help either. BMW marketing needs to learn that marketing does not mean selling, it means meeting the customer wants and needs. If the customer's experience has not equalled their expectations BMW should try to make the customer happy. BMW dropped the ball in this case.
Let's just say Moritz will not go out of their way to make you happy. They will sacrifice you as a customer in the name of profits.
Sad but true.
I would try Autobahn in Fort Worth before any other dealership in DFW area.
