My god, people get a little bit of rain and they freak out. A good half of our roads in the Bay Area CA are of the water wicking variety, you barely hit any puddles, and can go damn close to 75% or normal speed. But of course, most people out there are going 45-55 on the freeway and "don't like driving in the rain".

: Oh it RAINS here too, specially lately! And as it isn't a normal type of weather here, one drop on the road and it is like the FULL MOON with the drivers here! Not like where folks are used to driving in the rain, snow, and ice!
