I would say try to work a deal on that one if it doesn't have too many miles and you can somehow get assurance that it wasn't abused during break in period. Also check the wheels for road rash. M wheels are almost impossible to repair because of their powder coat. I almost bought a red 2000 factory M, but all 4 wheels were way beat up and kind of hinted at the abuse it had endured by the person that put the first miles on it. The lack of sunroof on the silver wouldn't worry me - it does so little anyway. Good luck - you'll love the coupe.
