Whoops, why the dimensions in the above pic?
If you do not pry out at these points, the nylon mount stays in the sheetmetal and the part that holds this mount separates from the fiber board panel that it is hot glued to. The tool shown (or equivalent) in the pic works, only if you use it at the indicated points.
