Just pop off the caps covering the screws that hold the tonneau cover down. Unscrew a total of 4 nuts (two on each side). Place the tonneau cover somewhere out of the way and proceed to remove the plastic screws that hold down the shroud. Look at te pictures I posted and you'll see where the clamps are underneath that hold the shroud down. Just pull back on the shroud at these points to snap them out and there you go.

Pioneer is not a direct plug in. You'll need an adaptor. The problem with the 12-disc pioneer is that the door opens on the wrong side. For the 6-disc, the door opens on the left side, but I believe the cartridge still does align properly with the opening. There may be other CD changers that have adaptors that plug into the wire harness, but I don't know of any off th top of my head.
