I read a quote some time ago from a Porsche engineer in response to complaints about squeaky brakes on the 911. "Germans don't care if their brakes squeak as long as they work. Americans, however, don't care if their brakes work as long as they don't squeak!" As long as it is not a grinding sound you should be okay.
