Raising the front of the seat (archive)

I'm planning on raising the front of my seat as described in the article linked below. I can't find the parts locally, so I'm going to have to mail order them unless someone would like to find them in their area and ship them to me. :)
If I order on the net there is a $10 minimum. The parts to do both seats is about $6.50. If someone else would like some, I'll order an extra set (to meet the $10 minimum)and mail them to you.
