I had a Z3 Roadster 1.9 previous to my 2.8 Coupe, and I would say the driving experience is way different. You can definately feel a difference in rigidity and the whole character of the car is different. The Coupe definately has a much more solid feel.

: : My wife would prefer the 328i - it's much more practical and a bit cheaper. But I want the 3.2 engine and am fascinated by the looks. How is the driving experience?

: The drive is amazing. Even though I drove an M Coupe I suspect the M Roadster is basically the same thing. Maybe the structural rigidity is *slightly* less but I bet it would be hard to tell the difference. Most will agree... drive it and you'll know.
