Clutch spins when upshifting and accelerating hard (archive)

If I'm driving the car hard and going through the gears fast, it will just kinda bog down and not go anywhere. I DO have traction control OFF, I did't "miss" the gear and my foot was completely off the clutch. It will just kind bog down, like the engine isn't getting the power or something. It's really weird. Anyone else have the same problem? Could it be the clutch, tranny or what? Thanks in advance.
