Down in little old Eugene Oregon is a tiny dealership called centenial imports. They have been fabulous to work with for my old Z3, my sisters ti, and so good in fact that I bought my 2000 M coupe from them. Now living in Portland I have to take it to the larger dealerships and it doesn't get the attention, is an apparently much lower priority, but still not too bad. In general I've found that as sad as it may seem get to know the service dept. and they will go that extra step. Shouldn't need to know "someone" for good service but...
