Help removing door panels. (more) (archive)

I am very close to yanking off my door panels and installing new tweeters and chrome dor lock buttons. Is there some trick to getting these door panels off (because of the airbag i am little trepidatious).

I searched through the archives, but couldnt find anything about how to actually remove the panels.
