As for me, maybe I just rub them the RIGHT way, or haven't met a jerk yet, but Klaus in Sales at Cervier is great (and an SCCA Racer!!!), Kevin Hite in Sales at Shelly is awesome (and a BMWCCA Racer), Yvette and the Service Manager (who helped with getting the 10W60 M5 oil) at Shelly have been GREAT, Trent and his Srevice folks at Sterling are WONDERFUL, as well as Larry their Parts Manager (a Brit Car collector!!!). So I WONDER just where, and WHO you guys see where you have a problem! Of course, perhpas it HELPS that I worked on the other side of the counter before too - 13 years at Toyota in Parts & Service, so I KNOW what they go through, and do my best NOT to be what we both disliked! For instance, I remember years ago a SIXTEEN YEAR OLD Vietnamese girl who's Daddy just bought her a new (at that time) Supra (last gen, not this new one). Because it didn't have a spoiler on it, which was NOT listed as an option or accessory at the time, she screamed, shouted, had a hissy fit, and even told the OWNER of the dealership to go F*** himself!!! A DAMN SIXTEEN YEAR OLD!!!!!!!! It was just a good thing no Nam Vet was around, . . . . . she would have learned what pacification was all about first hand! This was totally uncalled for, and everyone BUT HER acted in a civil and calm matter. If I can remember, I think they refunded her money and told her never to come back. Even other customers where shocked by her actions.
