same issue of blockage of center vents, but to be honest, it's no big friggin' deal at all...

: Hey Larry, does this receiver interfere with the AC? From the pictures it seems that the AC is almost completely eclipsed by the Alpine. Also, could the screen part slide towards the bottom instead of blocking the vents? I am thinking about installing the same unit, but I'm having second thoughts..
