If you are wanting lease payments of $550-600 right now you will need to make a large down payment. Probably around $5-7k. And typically when you are leasing you are trying to avoid large initial and monthly out of pocket expenses. With the 2001 you should have a much easier time getting the payments you want, as the residual will go back up (not to mention more power).

With $1k down I was quoted prices around $710 with the current 58% residual for 36mo. WAY too much. Just 3 months ago the same deal would have been $590 or so with the 66% residual.

I am waiting!
