: One of our customers (who bought a Z3 Coupe from us) who is a Santa Barbara County Deputy Sheriff paid me a visit today... He came in to tell me a story about a high-speed chase that he was involved in a few days ago. While off-duty he became involved in the hot pursuit of a new M Coupe... Speeds of 120 m.p.h. (+++) were attained through the Santa Barbara waterfront area. The chase ended when the M Coupe crashed into a wall at full speed. The exterior body of the car basically exploded on impact. What's amazing is that the driver got out of the car and started running away... Unbelieveable!!! I'm supposed to get pics; if I do I will post them here.
