Once you have warmed up your tires you should not have the problem. You tend to "chunk" or pick-up on the cool down or if you over heat your tires. The chunking is like rubbing your hand over the "stickum" from a pealed off sticker. It will roll up from a large area (look at those pieces of rubber, they look kind of rolled up don't they).

If you are getting high-speed instability going through turn 6 (...or 9, they changed the numbering at PIR...) in the middle of your session I would have my tires re-balanced and the suspension components checked for problems.

I check my suspension before an event when I put on my tires/brakes and after when I remove them. The last time I did it everything was fine before and after I had a shot ball joint so things WILL change!

Tire balance is a problem with "R" compound tires. Because they "change" so much it is difficult to balance them well. On my race tires for the Vee I balance the wheels but not the wheels and tires (waste of time since they loose rubber so quickly). Maybe they are worn enough to need re-balancing?

I thought you were experiencing your problem AFTER a track event, not DURRING. I've never gotten shake at an event but have gotten a little on the way home. Turn 6 is not the smoothest place in the world but it should not be scary…
