I have set up a deal with Total Eclipse for bimmer.org people. If you tell them I sent you they will do everyting but the windshield (I think including the sunroof - not positive) with the Llumar lifetime warr metallic tint of your choice for $300. Its not the cheapest, but they normally charge $400 and do a nice job. For me its imporatant that they stand behind their work, have been in biz for a long time, and can be trusted with my car, personally.

I get nothing out of this, btw, but just thought it would be a good thing for my fellow bimmer.org users.
