There is a Turbo M3 at some of the local autocross's in my area. My friend, an instructor, drove the car and said it was just about undriveable. The turbo was like a switch totally upsetting the car and breaking traction, BOTH speeding up AND slowing down. He was forced to left foot break to keep the boost up - not a good set-up. Why take a car that handles great and make it a twitching mess? Even at the Lowest boost the car was like an Original 911 Turbo.
Supercharging is a far better solution. You get smooth power that is pleasing.
