I have the Dinan CAI, Air flow meter, throttle body, software, springs, Triflo exhaust (like my exhausts loud, and Dinan's exhaust it really overpriced and not too good looking IMO)- the Triflo exhaust is actually 15 pounds lighter than the stock unit- but not a necessary change, I did it mostly for sound.

These changes have certainly made the car faster and handle a bit better (less roll).

But Dinan parts are a bit spendy, is it really worth the price? Tough call, I wouldn't mind if each item I bought was a $100 less than they were- would be more realistic and easier to justify.
