Just last week I traded in my '00 323Ci for a '99 M-Coupe.

The delearship bought-out the remaining amount on my lease (I was 7 months into it, with 11k miles), and basically just handed over the keys to the M-Coupe with only the registration as an out of pocket expense. Pretty damn nifty I must say!! And man, I couldn't be happier!
