Painting brake calipers? anyone in philly area? (archive)

I have a 328CI and want to paint my brake calipers. problem is i dont know how to take my rims off, take the calipers off, etc.. I dont want to mess up my car. Just curious if anyone in the philly area has done it and might want to lend me a hand. Email me if you have. thanks
