Plasticoat #615, Bumper Chrome.
Is in spray cans, so you'll need a brush, then spray some paint in the lid. Let it sit for a few minutes to thicken up. I've touched up a bunch of those annoying little pin-spot chips, the chips/scratches and dents from the Firestone dealer, and a scratch I put into one torquing the lugs. The finish match is good enough that from anything beyond a few feet, the spots are completely concealed. This includes color and sheen!
For deeper stuff, take your time to lay in a lot of coats to build up the finish. I used 600 grit wet paper to lightly smooth the patch, then added one last coat and rubbed everything out to re-polish the surface.
