PIAA1400 high performance dichroic halogen lamp system. The worlds most compact foul weather lamp! With Piaa's extra bulb that is 55watts but puts out 85watts of light. The bulbs are clear, not ion crystal. These are brand new, they have never been used or installed. Retail price on these is $180!
