The M already has the compressor (Mobility kit- air). I purchased the Griot's tire repair kit. This would have worked on the flat that I had one week after picking up the car. I also replaced the plane panel on the right of the trunk with the jack holder one, which I added the jack and lug wrench to. This gives you the option to jack up the car and have someone (z3 drive participant)take you and the tire/wheel somewhere.
Fix the tire yourself and pump it up, remove the tire and take it somewhere to be fixed or pump it up with sealant.
