... whenever you talk to someone regarding finances, in this case BMW Financial Services, get their name and personal phone number (or extention). Then, on a weekly basis, do a follow-up to that person. If more than 2 weeks go by and no action, then start climbing the chain and ask to talk to their supe! This works, believe me. FYI
