Installing the CD changer is easy. I got the CD changer from Ebay (new in box) for like $290. Circle or Pacific BMW sell them for like $350.

Downloaded the instructions from the net. It took about 45 minutes of removing stuff to get to it. While I was at it I also covered everything with Dynamat. The entire process took like 4 hours.
