The Coupe roof line is a bit taller than the roadster. So, the windows themselves need to be taller to reach the roof. The Coupe and the roadster share the same door, so with the taller window, it tends to stick out a little bit whereas in the roadster, it tucks neatly into the door. You can have your dealer adjust as low as possible as window stick out height varies a small degree from coupe to coupe, but you WILL get some portion of the window sticking out when the window is fulled retracted into the door.
