You will be seriously impressed with the improvement from changing the rear shocks, be they single- or double-adjustable. The "personality" of the car will be _noticeably_ altered.

But changing the fronts as well will result in dramatic improvement. I first changed the rears as you are considering, then later replaced the struts as well. My advice is definitely change all four corners.

By the way, I went with the non-adjustable Bilsteins and while the ride is firmer, it is far from harsh. Considering the Konis are adjustable, couldn't you just turn down the compression on them for normal street use?
