As posted earlier I took my M-Coupe in to Peter Pan BMW to get some minor work done. I arrived with the car at 8:30am. Just called at 4:00pm, and my service consultant told me that it wouldn't be done till tomorrow. I asked what they had got done on the car today...she said just the volt-meter!! So in almost 8 hours time they installed the volt-meter which takes about 45mins total time? Hmm...interesting.

I was not pleased...and at first she was not willing to give me a loaner. But finally I convinced her to get an Enterprise car for me to use (yuck).

ATTN Esteves: The service rep at Peter Pan said he COULD NOT swap the clock and the volt meter!!! WTF?! When I called back to ask why, the Tech had already left (3pm?!) and the guage was in. Also they told me that I would have to pay for the missing chrome parts. Argh...I will deal with them on that issue more tomorrow.

Peter Pan's sales department I am questioning their service department. Why can't I find a single enthusiastic and helpful person at any dealership on the SF Peninsula?
