Steps that need to be taken...
1 Say to your service rep "hmmmm... I bet that me telling BMW NA that you deserve a rating of not more than 0% isn't going to be fun."
2 Explain to the manager that you will put a big ad in the Merc detailing your experience.
3 Pickett outside until you get your car done.
Now if they honestly had so much work to do on your car that they couldn't finish it all that's one thing. It sounds like they just decided not to take care of you and left you almost stranded. You are obligated to let them know that this is unacceptable.
