I purchased mine there and have not been thrilled with their service. After a lenghty discussion with BMW NA service regarding several problems which EastBay didn't think were problems, my next visit was outstanding (as expected).

I tried Allison, which seems to be pretty good. Yes they have a very long waiting list for service. They did look into several items EastBay ignored. However, my seats move a lot and they stated that its a common problem which can't be fixed.

So if the seats moving is a common problem and the Z3's have been out for a few years now. Doesn't BMW have a fix for it? I would think at the very least, Allison should have replaced them (the service manager could definetly feel the slippage).

Thanks,
Salil Saxena
