2- Also, does the merchandiser have any responsibility for his suppliers or is it the responsibility of the consumer to make the supplier perform? YES or NO ??
If a consumer has a valid and honest complaint about an aftermarket BMW merchandiser (accepts a contract by charging my credit card account, then sends merchandise that is defective or missing parts and/or installation instructions); is this a good forum to discuss these type issues?
How about if the defects were corrected by the consumer, however, the missing parts and/or instructions were not yet received after 75-days or more? I'm still waiting for them.
