My salesman called Fikse, and they said that they could do the 41mm/8mm combo. I just mounted the (tireless) wheels, and did a bunch of measurements of both the wheels and of clearances in the wheel well. Seems exactly the same to me, but I admit that it would be tough to see a 4mm difference.

I paid $519 each - almost half the regular price.

Where are you guys getting your Fikses from? When I had an M3, I and many others insisted on getting stock offsets for our Fikses (I had FM-10s) being 41mm for the M3. We could never get them. Fikse would always send M3 wheels with 37mm offsets, therefore, some people had to role their rear fenders depending on suspension set-ups, tire brand and size, etc. Wasn't a big problem but sure wasn't "custom" as Fikse had stated in their advertising. I guess you get what you pay for at $495.00 per wheel for 3-piece forged.

Thanks... Nitya
