Corey, you explain it nicely, and I appreciate that. But read the post above yours )as in "POS"), and THAT is the elitist attitude that takes this argument into a different context. That is the type that THINKS since he has an M badged car, he automatically is the Mario Andretti type, as well as in the upper crust. NOT.

But if you really want to get technical, the E30 M3 crowd are even more elitist. To them, there was no other BMW made.

Anyway, I can live with your explanation, and those like you. But the ones like I mentioned above with M tatoos, no way. As I have said many times before, its NOT the M, its the driver.
