I saw a velvet blue Y2K M roadster w/blue and black interior limited edition in the showroom at my dealership in Vancouver, BC. It looks more like light purple to me and would appeal more to women but anyways there will be three of these in Canada which my Sales Manager proudly told me which he has one of.


I was looking on a webpage linked off the European Z3 board, and came across a page with "rare" m coupe/roadster colors.

Has anyone seen these colors in real life? When I visited the Spartanburg factory, I believe I saw a z3 coupe in velvet blue. Check out the enclosed link:
