I did the same thing and attached a copy of the same print-out for the hatch fix. The dealership did the repair, but I forgot to ask if they took the advice of the sheet that I had attached. I guess we'll find out whether the hatch breaks again.

I've attached a link below to those who would like to see a suggested rear hatch fix which seems to work.
