Keith,
1. No automatic door locks
2. No buttons for door locks.
3. Keys do not close moonroof only locks the car and rolls up windows.
1, 2 and 3 can all be fixed with $400 Clifford 8000. It adds rpm dependant auto-locking/relocking, remote window and door locking. For a few bucks more you can add remote windows down, moonroof open/close and paging.

5. No Foglights
5 can be fixed for $215 for the OEM Hella solution or $150 for the PIAAs. Both can be used as daytime driving lights.

The rest of your list I didn't feel were enough to repair although Dynamat is a great addition to the stock sub and removes any rear rattles and squeaks. Only to be considered if you're adding the OEM 6 CD for approx $300.
