1999 and 2000 M coupe differences? (archive)

Asking dealership salesmen about these sorts of topics is like asking a little kid to explain the affect of Pokemon on the economy. Anyhow, I am in the market for a used M coupe while my name sits on a waiting list for the 2001/2002 model. What differences (if any) are there between the two models? Also, is there a website with all of the '99 and '00 M coupe Service Bulletins, or is there any problems that any of you have seen with your coupes over the last year or two(besides the engine stall issue)
