My passenger window fails to go up with one-touch, or at all with hot weather. Problem was there when car was new (00 M Coupe). Interestingly, the passenger side lift mechanisim is out of factory stock indicating to me that there have been many warranty failures. The driver's side mechanism IS available however. So far no word on when BMW will fix it.
