Just finished driving around a college friend of mine in my new Silver/Black Coupe. Needless to say, he's hooked and wants one instead of the Boxster S he thought he did. Time is not really a huge factor for him, but do you guys think it is worth the wait for the '01 model? I told him that the difference would not be that much, plus the '01 might cost at least 3-7 thousand more. Plus, with a Z3 suspension redesign in '03, why pay for BMW not giving the car all of the upgrades it might need? hatever the case, I told him to go for the '00 at the right price. Sorry for rambling, but it was a lot to say.
