Don't worry about going over 100 mph...thats perfectly fine. Actually, BMW officially permits you to go up to 106mph in the first 1200 miles. Also, I visited the BMW plant in Spartanburg, SC. As soon as the finished cars come off the assembly line, they are put into a room that has a "Car Treadmill" (<--definitely not the official term), actually similar to a dyno, where they bring the car up to about 120 miles per hour.
