Thanks for the part #s and the graphic. So it sounds like if I want to replace the small black one I have on my 99 Z3 Coupe with the 2001 Chrome one, I'll need to purchase the following, right?

51-24-8-413-387 Trunk Lid Grip
51-22-8-401-010 Gasket Trunk Lid Grip
31-41-1-152-614 Self-Locking Hex Nut

Would you know why your screen shot shows two different part numbers for the Gasket Trunk Lid Grip? Are they both required?
