regardless of the Stock reclasification shake-up, the S2000 will go to a higher class than A Stock. Many people complained that the S2000 was an overdog for the class and the results were no surprise. Note that the Thomason S2000 would have finished 3rd overall in Super Stock, with it's North course time being 2nd fastest for SS and it's South course time being 3rd or 4th fastest. It was no contest in AS.
