The stock clevis pin has a diameter of 4 mm. That's roughly .157 inch. It has a grip range of 10 mm. That's roughly .394 inch. I've found quick release pins 5 mm and 3/16 inch in diameter. No cigar on 4 mm. Are the detent balls with integral springs available to work with this size? The pic shows a 3/16 inch one with a .5 inch grip range. This is what I'm looking for in the right size with a shoulder. The thread at the end will make it easy to remove and install.
