I, as most people who have bought an M Coupe, took delivery of my car with a bits of the chrome package missing. The interior door handles were chrome, but my headlight pull, door locks, and e-brake button were not. After talking to two dealerships about this problem, I was beginning to run into a dead end. None of them were convinced that the car was supposed to come with these parts in combination with my interior color, production week #, etc. I had made a few posts regarding my problem here, and you guys gave some good advice, but none of it helped me as much as when BMW NA, which monitors these boards, read my post and had Rob Russo from BMW customer service call me at home regading my problem. After a quick explanation of what was missing, he hung up the phone, called my selling dealership, and set them straight. Just like that. No arguments, no hassle. East Bay BMW got the parts in just recently so I took my car in yesterday to have the bits installed. No hassle, no arguments. And they look GREAT!
