What interior/exterior combo's are excluded from this offer? My dealer played dumb when I asked him about it. Does anyone have pictures of an interior w/ all the chrome bits installed?

Just picked up my '00 Cosmos black/beige M last monday and was appalled by how cheap the inside door handles looked/felt. Chrome would definetely help.
