At about 3000 miles I had the same thing. At about 2 min into my drive after a long day at work. Got to the first stop light, let it go to idle, and the damn thing sounded like the engine was going to fall out. Clunk, chunk, blurp, knock. I gave her some gas, and she cleared up. I haven't had that problem since.

How many miles did you have on the coupe?


Car made clunking noises at start up last nite. I hadnt driven it in a day and it was parked outside in the rain for half a day. When i started in it made some nasty ass noises and sound like it was gonna break down. Then i turned it off and started it again then it was normal again. drove it off with no problems.. what was that about?
