There's an Estoril blue M Coupe in North Carolina with 3,000 miles. It's listed as a certified used BMW on bmwusa.com. Not sure if it's a 99 or 00.

They're asking $38k..Good deal??

How much haggling can be done for new M coupes?

Yes you can negotiate on the price. Especially in North Carolina where the market is small compared to the west coast where you can hardly find any. What dealership is it at?
