This may be my next SCCA regional class! I sold my Zink formula vee to a vintage vee guy - it's too far out of the mainstream today to ever be competitive again in SCCA. I was going to build a new vee, but spec miata looks like a good idea if I fit (I'm 6'2"). I have to check out the cost and ease of replacement of body parts, too. I HATE doing body work, and a 'glass vee is pretty easy and cheap to repair. And there are occasional mishaps.....

I ran several NARRC events through the '90s in my vee - it's a great series. I'd encourage anyone in the northeast who's interested to consider it.
